Swordfish Arrabiata

Building a spicy sauce from a base of marinara, pair it with a firm fish - tuna steaks will also a good choice.
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves mashed garlic
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp drained capers
16 oz marinara sauce (1 jar)
4 swordfish steaks (7oz each)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
 
Directions
1. In a large, nonstick skillet heat cooking oil. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add pepper flakes, capers, and marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer.
2. Add swordfish steaks and cook for 5 minutes. Gently turn and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in parsley and serve.
