Monkey Bread

Ingredients
2 loaves Bread Dough
2/3 c. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Margarine, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
 
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
2. Spray bundt pan with Pam.
3. Sprinkle thin layer of nuts into bundt pan.
4. Add cinnamon and sugar to melted margarine and stir.
5. Cut dough into small chunks and roll into balls.
6. Dip balls of dough in margarine, cinnamon and sugar mixture.
7. Layer balls of dough into bundt pan after they have been dipped in margarine mixture.
8. When you have one layer of bread dough balls, sprinkle more nuts lightly and repeat layers until all dough is used.
9. Wrap with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size (2-3 hours).
10. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with foil if bread has reached desired color.
11. Immediately after removing from the oven, carefully release edges and invert onto a serving plate.
