Pork Sausage Pasta

1 lb regular pork sausage
1 can diced tomatoes
3/4 lb penne or bow tie pasta
1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 cups shredded cheese

Start cooking the pasta according to package instructions...


Brown the pork sausage in a large skillet with the diced green bell pepper on medium high. Drain excess liquid. Next add can of petite diced tomatoes and add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper each, and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Make sure peppers are soft and transparent.


After pasta has been cooked and drained- add to sausage mixture. Then spread shredded cheese on top and let sit for a minute until most of the cheese has melted. Serve.
