Potatoes and Chicken Teriyaki

Yum.  Make the potatoes extra crispy.  I think this would taste awesome with sauteed onions and red peppers in it.  (My fam does NOT agree.) 
4 medium potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1. Microwave potatoes 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
2. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.  Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.  Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through.
