Cheesy Cheeseburger Mac

Ingredients
1.15 Pounds Ground Beef
2.5 Cups Water
1.5 Cups Milk
2/3 Cup Ketchup
1 Package (24 oz.) Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
2 Cans (14.5 oz.) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes (Basil, Garil & Oregano), Spin in Salad Spinner to remove excess liquid
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
Dollop of Sour Cream for Individual Serving (Optional)
 
Directions
1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Add water, milk and ketchup; mix well.  Bring to a boil.  Stir in shell macaroni; return to boil.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

4. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
5. Stir in cheese sauce and tomatoes until well blended.  Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
6. Sprinkle desired amount of green onions on individual meals.

7. Enjoy!

 
Notes:
Also good with a little dollop of sour cream!
