Christie's Pot Roast

This is the one dish that I take so much pride in! It is absolutely divine! :)
Ingredients
1 Medium Rump Roast
1 Can (Family Size) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Can (Family Size) Water
3 Packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 Bunch Carrots, Sliced
3 Pounds Potatoes, Quartered
To Taste Salt & Pepper
 
Directions
1. Mix onion soup packets, cream of mushroom soup and water together.
2. Mix carrots and potatoes into your soupy mixture (You will need a large bowl) - DO NOT PUT IN CROCK POT YET!

3. Put rump roast in crock pot first, take long sharp knife and cut 3 deep holes in the top of the roast to allow flavor to seep in.
4. Tuck carrot and potato mixture all round it and on top if you have to.
5. Add salt and pepper.

6. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, depending on size of your roast.
7. Enjoy!
