Double Cheese Chili

2 Pound Ground Beef
1 Large Sweet Onion, Chopped
2 Medium Green Peppers, Chopped
2 Can (15 oz.) Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained
3 Can (14.5 oz.) Whole Tomatoes, Undrained
2 Can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/3 Cup Splenda
3/4 Cup Ketchup
2 to 3 Tablespoons Texas Pete Hot Sauce (more or less to taste)
Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Dollop Sour Cream (Optional)
Parsley Flakes (Optional)
Salt (To Taste)
Pepper (To Taste)
1. Begin to brown hamburger in large skillet, add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender, drain.

2. Stir in tomatoes and chop into hamburger.
3. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, splenda, salt, pepper and chili powder, cover. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of serving bowls.  Spoon chili over cheese; sprinkle with additional cheese. 
5. Top with sour cream if desired.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
7. Enjoy!
If you do not like cheese, it can be omitted.

I like to add 1/3 cup of splenda to mine to give it a sweet kick.

Leftovers can be frozen, it is just as good warmed from frozen on another night! :)
