Mama's Thanksgiving Turkey

1 10 Pound Turkey, Fresh
4 Cans Crushed Pineapple; IN HEAVY SYRUP
1 Can Sliced Pineapple
1 Teaspoon Flour
4 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Turkey Size Reynolds Oven bag
1 Large Deep Pan
1. Remove top rack from oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Take turkey out of wrapper and place in sink with a little water.
3. Clean out neck.
4. Take bag of guts out.
5. Drain water from turkey.
6. Rub turkey down all over with lots of margarine, put two or three large slices of margarine inside turkey.
7. Get oven bag ready.... sprinkle flour inside bag to keep from bursting.
8. Put turkey in bag carefully....have someone hold bag while you guide the turkey in.
9. Once turkey is inside the bag, pour crushed pineapple all over turkey and on the inside too.  Take sliced pineapple and put two on each turkey leg....add more if needed to inside of turkey.

10. Seal the bag, cut 4 to 6 small holes in bag so steam can escape.
11. Cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours, or until done......meat should be falling off the bone.
This is the BEST, JUICIEST turkey I have EVER put in my mouth!

I know it seems like a lot of pineapple -  but the flavor is so rewarding.  Lots of people tell me that they have never heard of pineapple on turkey, but trust me - it is SO DELICIOUS!
