Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken

Wonderful to use as taco shell filling!
4 Chicken Breasts; Boneless, Skinless
1 Cup Salsa
1 Packet Taco Seasoning (Reduced Sodium Optional)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed (Reduced Fat Optional)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream (Reduced Fat Optional)
1. Add chicken to slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
3. Mix salsa and soup together, pour over chicken.
4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
5. Stir in sour cream just before serving.

6. Serve over rice, pasta or shred with fork and fill taco shells.
7. Enjoy!
If you fill taco shells, you can also use shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes or even some taco sauce as a topping.
