1. Lightly coat crock pot bottom and sides with a non-stick spray. Place boneless pork chops on the bottom and add ingredients for the sauce on top. * I doubled the ketchup and honey amounts for my sauce. Depending on your crock pot, you may opt to cook on high for 5-6 hours, however I ended up lowering my temp to low after a couple of hours. Use tongs to turn your meat over half way through the cook cycle. Some folks might prefer a thickening agent for the sauce. Serve over rice.
