Pork it to Me!

Boneless pork chops slow cooked with a spicy-sweet sauce, served over rice.
Ingredients
6 Boneless Pork Chops
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Cup Ketchup *
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 Cup Honey *
2 Tbsp Soyaki
2 Pinches Italian Seasoning
2 Splashes Booker's Bourbon
3 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
 
Directions
1. Lightly coat crock pot bottom and sides with a non-stick spray.  Place boneless pork chops on the bottom and add ingredients for the sauce on top.  * I doubled the ketchup and honey amounts for my sauce.  Depending on your crock pot, you may opt to cook on high for 5-6 hours, however I ended up lowering my temp to low after a couple of hours.  Use tongs to turn your meat over half way through the cook cycle.  Some folks might prefer a thickening agent for the sauce.
Serve over rice.
