Nipponese Juicy Burgers

  • Currently 4/5
Made with a special ingredient to blow your mind.
1 pound ground beef
a splash of Wooschy sauce
an eyeball of mayonnaise
a dash of Lawry's Seasoned Salt
a dash of Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
a shake or two of onion flakes
1. Mix it up.  You want there to be enough mayo to make the meat feel creamy, but it shouldn't loosen the consistency.
2. Quarter the mix
3. Grill or Fry
The mayo is the secret.  It's for texture and moisture control.  It helps the meat to keep its flavor and shape, but it shouldn't effect the taste (much.)  In fact, if someone doesn't like mayo, don't tell them it's there and they won't even know.

The name of this recipe refers to Japan, because I got the idea for the mayo from a Japanese website.

p.s. I'm still working out the proportions of the items.  Adding any of this stuff is an improvement, but it's easy to do too much.  I suggest trying it several times until you get the hang of it.
