Teriyaki Chicken - Freezer Recipe

This recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen until the day you want to cook it.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white wine or apple juice
1/2 tsp dried ginger
1. Place chicken into freezer bag.
2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag.
3. Remove air from bag, seal and freeze.
4. On cooking day, defrost in refrigerator.
5. Transfer chicken and sauce into baking dish.
6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake chicken for 30 minutes - or until chicken is cooked through.
