Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Small Container Sour Cream
1 Large Can Enchilada Sauce
1 Package Mexican Cheese
Tortillas (flour or corn)
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray a large baking dish (cake pan works great) with Pam.
Fill large pot half way with water and boil.
3. Cut chicken breasts in half. When water is at a boil put chicken in and cook until white all the way through (about 15 mins).
4. Mix can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1/2 of each cheese (you can add a little enchilada sauce too) in large bowl.
5. Cut cooked chicken into bite size cubes and add to mixture.
Place spoonfuls of mixture on a tortilla,  wrap tortilla like a burrito, place in baking dish.
6. When dish is full top with enchilada sauce and both cheeses. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted and golden.
