Banana Bread

This is a fantastic bread recipe that doesn't require yeast and doesn't need time to rise! It's delicious.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Butter or spray a 9 inch loaf pan.
3. Mix butter and sugar until combined.
4. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
5. Slice bananas into 1/2 inch chunks or smaller and mix in.

6. Mix in baking soda and salt until combined.

7. Add flour and mix until all is incorporated.
8. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes.
9. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40/45 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
10. Remove bread from pan and place on cooling rack.
 
Notes:
Makes one 9-inch loaf.

It's important to remove from the pan and let cool to prevent the bottom from being sticky and gooey.
