Cheesy Chips

I love to make this easy dish as a snack for a big crowd. The ingredients are usually already in my kitchen, and it only takes a short amount of time with delicious results!
Ingredients
12 oz tortilla chips
1 can black beans
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 jar salsa
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Spread 1/3 chips over bottom of a large oven-proof serving platter, or until bottom is covered.
3. Drain beans and spoon 1/3 over chips.
4. Sprinkle 1/3 cheese over chips and beans.
5. Repeat two times to make three layers of chips, beans, and cheese.
6. Bake covered with foil for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
7. Spoon on sour cream in the center or serve on the side with salsa.

Serves 6-8.
