Chili Cheese Dip

Another very easy recipe - this is great with tortilla chips as a snack or appetizer for a crowd or kids.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 (15-oz) can chili with beans
1.5 cups shredded cheddar
 
Directions
1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a 10-inch microwave-safe serving pan or dish.

2. Spread the chili over the cream cheese.
3. Sprinkle with cheddar. 
4. Microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
5. Serve with tortilla chips!

 
Notes:
Makes one 10-inch pan... serves a whole bunch!
