"Health Boost" Orange and Mango Smoothie

A smoothie rich in vitamins C and A, enhancing the body's immune system and keeping its defenses on high alert.
Ingredients
1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
OR 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
1 medium orange, zested, peeled, and chopped
1.5 cups skim milk
1 lime, zested and juiced
6 to 10 ice cubes
 
Directions
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except ice) and blend until smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes, and blend again until smooth.
