Healthy Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

A hearty sandwich that doubles as a hangover cure for when Happy Hour lasts too long.
Ingredients
whole wheat toast
peanut butter
sliced bananas
cinnamon
 
Directions
1. Spread toast with peanut butter, layer on bananas, and sprinkle with cinnamon.  
2. Complete your sandwich, place in a plastic bag, and throw it in the fridge for the next day.
