Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies (White Chip Chocolate Cookies)

A chocolate cookie with white chips! A twist on a classic that is absolutely delicious.
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cups baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz pkg) white chocolate morsels
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
5. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
6. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until centers are set. Cookies should be a bit undercooked and gooey. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Yields about 5-dozen, 60 cookies.
