Strawberry Mango Crisp

Easily one of the most creative and delicious crisps to ever grace my table! The delicious flavor of the fruits is perfectly matched with the brown sugar topping. A new summer favorite, perfect for any cook!
Fruit Mixture
4 cups quartered strawberries (about 1 lb)
2 cups mango, diced (about 3)
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp flour
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix the ingredients for the fruit mixture together in a medium-large bowl.
3. Spread evenly into a 2-quart casserole dish or aluminum pan.  Set aside.
4. Mix dry topping ingredients together in a small-medium bowl.
5. Cut the butter in until the mixture resembles small peas.

6. Spread the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
7. Bake for 35-45 minutes until bubbly.
8. Serve warm with ice cream!
Makes one 2-qt casserole or 12x9 pan.

If less topping is desired, ingredients can be cut in half!
