"The Energizer" Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

A smoothie complete with slow-release carbs, high-quality protein, and healthy fats to keep your body going all day.
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
3 Tbsps natural peanut butter
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
6 to 10 ice cubes
 
Directions
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except ice) and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
