Choco-Kissed Cookies

Christmas cookies with peanut butter and Hershey's kisses.
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (for rolling)
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
48 Hershey's Kisses
1. In medium size bowel, beat butter, peanut butter, light brown sugar, 3/4 cup granulated sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
2. Next beat eggs into mixture.
3. In small bowl mix flour, cocoa, and salt. On low speed beat into butter mixture. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Heat over to 375 degrees. Roll dough into balls approximately 1 tablespoon each. Roll each ball in the 1/4 cup of sugar. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
5. Bake in 375 degree over until set (about 10 minutes). Press an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie. Return to oven and bake for 1 more minute until set.
6. Let cool slightly on sheet on rack. Remove cookies to rack, let cool completely. Store cookies in airtight container for up to two weeks.
