Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This common pulled pork recipe is super easy and sure to bring rave reviews. 7Up will also work in place of the root beer.
Ingredients
1 (2 lb) pork tenderloin
1 (12 oz) can/bottle root beer
1 (18 oz) bottle barbecue sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's Hot and Spicy, or your favorite)
8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted (omit if on GF diet)
 
Directions
1. Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.
