1 pound 93% lean ground beef
4 Tbsps red onion, minced
2 tsps teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 spray cooking spray
1/2 cup kechup
1/8 item sun-dried hot chile pepper, minced (about 1 tsp, or to taste)
1 large tomato, sliced
4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, teriyaki sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well and shape mixture into four patties about 1-inch-thick each.
