This recipe is not a new concept, but I started making this version during the Coronavirus pandemic using ingredients I typically have on hand in the pantry. The spices can be varied depending on what you have. The result is a moist and flavorful chicken breast even my picky toddler loves.
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F, and spray a 13x9" dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts in the fish and sprinkle with salt, to taste.
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic, and seasonings. Spread evenly over seasoned chicken breasts. Bake until instant-read thermometer measures 160-degrees.
