Zoned BCT (Bacon, Cucumber, Tomato) Pita

For the Zone Diet, 3 block meal

Using cucumber instead of lettuce (which would be a traditional BLT) because I don't know anyone that can fit 3 cups of lettuce into a pita!
Ingredients
3 Oz Bacon (Raw)
3 Tsp Light Mayo or Ranch
1/2 Pita Sandwich
1/2 Large Cucumber
1/2 Cup Tomato, diced
5 block meal
5 Oz Bacon, raw
5 Tsp Mayo or Ranch
1 Whole Pita Sandwich
1/2 Large Cucumber
1/2 Cup Tomato, diced
 
Directions
1. Cook bacon
2. Spread Mayo or Ranch Dressing inside pita
3. Stuff with all bacon and as much sliced cucumber and tomato as will fit.
4. Arrange remainder of cucumber and tomato on a plate and add a dash of your favorite dressing for a little side salad.  (Sweet Onion Vinagrette is my fave)
5. Enjoy!
