Salami and Swiss Melt

Kid's Fun Food and School Lunches
Ingredients
1 ciabatta roll
2 slices Jarlsberg cheese
25 grams baby spinach
4 slices mild salami
1 small tomato, thickly sliced
 
Directions
1. Preheat a sandwich press
2. Cut the roll in half
3. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom of the bread
4. Top with spinach, salami, tomato and the second slice of cheese
5. Cook in the sandwich press until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted
