Scrambled Eggs

2 eggs
1/8 cup skim milk
5 grams butter
1. Beat eggs and milk lightly with a whisk or fork
2. Melt the butter in a heavy-based pan over a very low heat
3. Pour in the egg
4. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon, lifting the mixture from the bottom of the pan so that it cooks evenly
