Green Fluffy Salad

Ingredients
1 tub whipped topping
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
3 cups mini marshmallows
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, walnuts or pecans)
6-7 drops green food coloring (optional)
 
Directions
1. Combine whipped topping with pudding mix (& extra green food coloring if desired).
2. Fold in marshmallows & pineapple.
3. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
