Batata Chips Nu Shaak

Fries made tastier!
Ingredients
Potatoes
1 package fries, frozen, unseasoned
Seasoning
1 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs cashews
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
1/2 tspn poppy seeds
1/2 tspn sesame seeds
1/2 tspn turmeric
1/2 tspn chilli powder
1 tspn sugar, white, granulated
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tspn salt
 
Directions
1. Start fries baking according to package directions
2. Wait about 10 minutes, so everything stays hot, then heat oil in skillet over medium-low heat
3. Add cashews and fry for about 1 minute
4. Add cumin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric, and chilli powder, and fry till cashews start to turn brown
5. Add cooked fries and toss
6. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt, and mix well.
7. Cook for about 1 minute to allow flavors to meld, then serve.
