Curried Egg Salad Sandwich

Curry powder makes the classic egg salad sandwich tea-worthy
4 eggs, hardboiled, peeled
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1/2 Tbs mustard
1 tspn curry powder
1/4 tspn salt
4 slices bread, white, crusts cut off
1. Cut the bread slices in half for half-sandwiches
2. Chop eggs into small cubes
3. Mix all ingredients except bread and adjust to taste
4. Carefully spread a thick layer onto half the bread half-slices
5. Top with remaining bread.  Serve.
