Deviled Eggs

A classic everyone loves
eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
mustard (condiment)
1. Cut eggs in half the long way
2. Carefully pop out yolks and place yolks in bowl
3. Mash yolks
4. Add mayonnaise in about a 1:4 ratio with the yolks (about 1 Tbs mayo for every 4 half-yolks)
5. Add mustard in about a 1:3 ratio with the mayonnaise
6. Add about 1 tspn vinegar for every 4 eggs
7. Add about 1/4 tspn pepper for every 4 eggs
8. Mash together until completely blended smooth.  Then adjust ingredients to taste.
9. Put mixture into a ziplock bag
10. Cut off a corner of the bag, then carefully squeeze out mixture into eggwhite halves
11. Sprinkle paprika on top of each, and serve.
