Finnish Pancake

A sweet, smooth, and wonderful breakfast!
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey
3/4 tspn salt
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
4 Tbs butter
1 peach, canned, sliced
1. Heat oven to 425F
2. In bowl, add eggs, honey, milk, and salt
3. Put large skillet in oven for about 10 minutes to warm
4. Beat bowl contents till smooth
5. Add flour and mix till smooth
6. When skillet is done warming, add butter and coat evenly
7. Pour batter into skillet.
8. Bake about 35-40 minutes, till done
9. Place peach slices around the top
10. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
Servings:  About 4
