Shital's favorite dinner
3 Tbs ghee
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
1/2 tspn asafoetida
Main Ingredients
2 packages frozen guwar, washed
1/2 tspn turmeric
1/2 tspn chilli powder
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tspn coriander powder
1 tspn sugar, brown
1 tspn salt
1. Heat pan over medium heat
2. Add ghee
3. When ghee is hot, add tempering ingredients in order listed.  Swirl pan a bit to distribute.  Cook till seeds crackle, about 15 seconds or so.
4. Add guwar.  Toss well in oil
5. Cover loosely and cook about 5 minutes, until frozen guwar get hot and begin to cook.
6. Reduce heat to medium-low.  Continue to stir occasionally until guwar are soft, keeping covered.
7. Add spices and toss well to mix. 
8. Cook a few more minutes to allow flavors to meld.
9. Serve with rotli, naan, pan-fried bread, or other similar bread.
