Perfect hard-boiled eggs

1. Cover eggs in enough cold water just to cover eggs in pot
2. Heat over medium heat till boiling
3. Cook 12 minutes
4. Place pot in sink, and let cold water run into the hot water until water in pot is cold
5. Let eggs sit 5 minutes, then peel or store.

Try adding vinegar to water.

For a snack, eat with soy sauce.

For a gorgeous yellow color, slightly fry in a bit of oil and turmeric.
