A simple, tasty guacamole
2 avacados, flesh only
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs onions, minced
1/4 tspn chili powder
1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn mayonnaise
1. Mash avocados & lemon juice well
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Serve either on toast, or with some chips or crackers.

I usually serve this on top of halves of pan-fried toast, with a dash of paprika on top.

For a vegetarian & vegan version, simply omit mayo.
