Lamb Burgers

Burgers with a lamb twist
1 tspn olive oil
1 ground lamb patty
1 burger bun
1 Tbs mayonnaise
1 green onion, minced
2 kalamata olives
1 generous slice feta cheese
1. Heat skillet over medium heat
2. Add olive oil
3. Place patty on skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, till bottom side is slightly browned
4. Slice bun in half and lightly toast
5. Flip patty over, and cover very loosely.  Cook for about 5 minutes, until other side is slightly browned and patty is cooked through
6. Spread mayo on both sides of bun
7. Spread green onion on bottom half of bun
8. Cut olives in half, and place on top of onion
9. Place patty on top of olives
10. Place cheese on top of patty, and top with top of bun
11. Slice in half and serve.
