Open-faced Tuna Sandwich

The tuna sandwich, improved
Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 can tuna, canned, drained, water-packed type
1 Tbs mayonnaise
2 slices cheese, cheddar
 
Directions
1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise
2. Spread onto bread slices
3. Top each slice with cheese
4. Toast in toaster oven till cheese is melted
5. Enjoy!

Be sure to buy light tuna - not albacore.
