Pan-fried Bread

Making toast on a cast-iron skillet makes it extra tasty
bread, white, sliced
1. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat
2. Butter bread slices on one side (for extra tasty, but not so healthy, toast, butter both sides)
3. Place slices on skillet, butter side down
4. When golden and toasty, flip and toast for a few more seconds.
5. Serve.  Goes well with Indian food as a substitute for chapati or naan.
