Sweet Potato Chips Nu Shaak

Batata Chips Nu Shaak, made healthier by substituting sweet potatoes.
1 package sweet potato fries
1 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs cashews
1/2 tspn cumin, seeds
1/2 tspn poppy seeds
1/2 tspn seseme seeds
1/2 tspn turmeric
1/2 tspn chilli powder
1/2 tspn sugar, white, granulated
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tspn salt
1. Start fries baking according to package directions
2. Wait about 10 minutes or so, so everything will stay hot, then heat oil in skillet over medium-low heat
3. Add cashews, and fry about 1 minute
4. Add cumin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric, and chili powder, and fry until cashews start to turn brown
5. Add cooked fries and toss in skillet
6. And sugar, lemon juice, and salt, and mix well.  Continue to cook and stir for a minute to let flavors meld.  Then serve.
