Well, we just found out there was an intermitent problem with our feedback email address and we aren't sure which emails we lost. This is terrible. Anyone that has sent feedback over the past few weeks and has gotten unable-to-deliver returns, please try them again (assuming you haven't packed up and moved on). Even if you haven't gotten unable-to-deliver returns but did not get a reply, then you'll need to send them again. We reply to all feedback we get. Thanks and sorry for the mistake.
