Fresh Tomato Pie

7 Ripe Tomatoes
1 Yellow Onion
3/4 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Shredded Mozz. Cheese
1/3 cup Grated Parm. Cheese
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 tsp Fresh Oregano
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Bake the pastry shell for 8 to 10 minutes
3. Slice the onion and place it in the bottom of the pastry shell.
4. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them over the onions.
5. Add black pepper to taste.
6. In a medium bowl, combline mozz. cheese, parm. cheese and mayo. Spread this mixture over the tomatoes.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
8. One cooked, garnish with basil.
