Carolyn Beck: My oldest son Ryan has really taken advantage of my recipe site from his apartment, and has done alot of cooking for himself....it is great that he can access all of my recipes whenever he has a taste for "one of Mom's recipes". My middle son Brent will be in a house off campus his senior year of college in the fall, and is looking forward to doing his own cooking as well,,,,they are both quite health-conscious, so I am glad to see them using this recipe site !!

Carolyn Beck: Stocking up on my short-cut freezer items (pre-cooked and portioned ground beef, chicken, ham, turkey and ground pork) to make weeknight meals easier. It cuts prep time in half when you can pull out and use already-prepared ingredients. I buy these items when they are on sale, do a massive cook/cool/divide in labeled freezer bags and I am good to go!!

Carolyn Beck: With one son home from college, and the other son home from grad school, my kitchen has been filled with non-stop home-made cooking to satisfy 2 voracious appetites !!! They are already starting to ask what kinds of Christmas cookies I will be baking this Holiday, and are getting their favorite requests in early !!!
