Burgundy Beef (Crockpot)

This is a classic dish of the Burgundy region of France designed to celebrate the wines for which Burgundy is famous...my family loves it served over noodles. 
2 lbs beef stew meat (1-inch cubes)
1-2 large onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup water
1 cup Burgundy wine
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced/chunked
1 tsp Emeril's seasoned salt
1. Mix all in crock pot.  Cook on low 8 hours.  Thicken with some flour if desired.  Serve over rice or noodles.  May also add sliced carrots if desired.
