Corn Pudding

A delicious corn casserole that my family adores at holiday time; it spoons up as sweet and creamy as custard.

2 eggs
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 (13-oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 (16-oz) can creamed corn
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl.  Add eggs, milk and corn.  Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.  Dot with butter.  Bake until pudding is firm in center, about 1 hour.
Serves:  6

May easily double to serve 12.
