Cranberry Salad

A great salad for cranberry-lovers...and pretty, too !!
1 cup ground cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup small marshmallows
1 8-oz cream cheese softened
1 8-oz Cool Whip
1 lb sliced grapes
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup nuts
1. The night before, mix ground cranberries, sugar and marshmallows.  Refrigerate overnight.  The next morning, using hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese until fluffy, add cranberry mixture and stir in Cool Whip, grapes, banana and nuts (by hand)  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves:  8
