Easy Cheesy Potatoes

My son Brent would eat the entire bowl of these potatoes at one sitting if he could !!

12 servings instant mashed potatoes
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened (may be fat free)
1 16-ounce sour cream (may be fat free)
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter
1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions.  Add cream cheese (cubed), sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.  Whip until smooth.  Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.  Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.  Cover, and refrigerate overnight.  Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour.

May easily halve (mashed potatoes for 6) or 1 1/2 (mashed potatoes for 16).
