Egg Pancake

Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs flour
 
Directions
1. I usually do 4 eggs at a time, so:

Mix 4 tbs sugar and 4 tbs flour together. Add in 1 cup milk and stir. Add in 4 eggs and mix very well.
2. Coat fry pan with butter and heat to medium.
3. Add egg mix and let cook, pulling edges away and letting any uncooked egg drain underneath.
4. Once all the mixture is drained, divide egg mixture into 4 parts and turn each part and cook some more.
5. Each quarter is once serving, and you can top egg mixture with anything you want! Syrup is a favorite.
