Fresh Mixed Fruit Salad

A delicious fruit salad to make with whatever fresh fruit you have on hand, bathed in a light tart/sweet poppyseed dressing...
Any combination of chopped fresh fruit: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwi, cherries
Honey-Lime Poppyseed Dressing
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp lime (or lemon) juice
1 Tbsp poppyseeds
1. Combine all fruit in large bowl.  Set aside.
2. Whisk together dressing ingredients until combined.  Pour over fruit and mix gently until all fruit is coated.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves:  Depends upon how much fruit is used.
