Grilled Flank Steak Sandwiches

A favorite in our house, this recipe came from my sister-in-law Dale
Ingredients
3 lbs Flank steak
Sliced red onion
Rosen's round buns
Italian salad dressing
Red lettuce leaves
Steak sauce
 
Directions
1. Score flank steak on both sides and marinate in Italian salad dressing for at least 4 hours.  Grill on both sides until heated through.  Place grilled steak on carving board.  Pour steak sauce over meat and slice against the grain in thin slices.  Place meat on buns with lettuce, sliced onion, and additional steak sauce if desired.
